Nexium 24HR is indicated for the treatment of the following conditions:

• Diagnosis of heart failure: acute decompensation and/or worsening of heart failure - e.g. congestive heart failure, failure, dyspnea or hypotension - e.g. dyspnea, chest pain or shortness of breath - e.g. weakness, slurred speech
